Upcoming, Emshih Living will be offering senior apartments in a few choice communities. Our Oakville and Waterdown retirement communities offer senior rental apartments where individuals can live a carefree lifestyle with a “clubhouse” atmosphere and amenities.
Our rentals offer seniors the option to age-in place with well-designed suites to meet your needs. All apartments include universal design concepts such as larger door frames, pocket doors, walk-in showers, comfort height toilets and handy supports grab bars if required in the future.
There’s plenty to choose from – studio, one bedroom, one bedroom and den and two-bedroom apartments come with premium finishing’s and fixtures including 9 foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances and in suite washer/dryer, private balcony or patio.
